Digital Solutions & Infrastructure

Pillar 03

Custom software for agricultural and allied operations, delivered as SaaS and run on infrastructure we manage ourselves.

Software we build

Agricultural organisations run on the same operational systems as any other business, but off-the-shelf versions rarely fit. A farmer producer organisation does not have the membership, procurement and payout structure of a retail company, and generic software forces it to pretend otherwise.

  • FPO management — membership, procurement, payouts and compliance
  • Warehouse management — intake, grading, storage and dispatch
  • Inventory management — stock, batches and movement
  • CRM — buyers, suppliers and field relationships
  • HRMS — staff, attendance, payroll and field team management

Delivered as SaaS

Systems are delivered as hosted software with a subscription, so a client is not buying a server and hiring someone to look after it. Where on-premise or hybrid deployment is required, we support that too.

Managed infrastructure

We operate the infrastructure our own platforms depend on, and offer it commercially: IaaS, data centre capacity and virtual private servers. If you need hosting without any of the agricultural software above, that is a conversation we are happy to have.

How a build runs

Requirements and process mapping first, because most of the value is in understanding how an organisation actually works rather than how it describes itself. Then a working system in stages, with the client using each stage before the next is built.

Common questions

Before you ask us

Often, yes. If you already run something that mostly works, extending it is usually cheaper and less disruptive than replacing it.

On infrastructure we manage. Specific location and residency requirements can be accommodated — tell us the constraint before we scope.

Yes. VPS, IaaS and data centre services are available independently of any software engagement.

It is yours. Full export in standard formats, on request, at any point.

Tell us what you need.

Send the constraint you are working within — budget, timeline, soil type, site conditions — and we will tell you what is realistic.
